Visible to every user (no admin restriction), under Settings → My Account:

• Change email – directly inline.
• Change password – requires entering your current password.
• API tokens – create and delete your own tokens for REST API access. The raw token value is shown exactly once, right after creation, and can’t be retrieved afterward – note it down immediately if you need it. See Authentication.
